	Monitoring and troubleshooting The system can monitor most main brand ATMs; display the exact location and status of ATM by multi-layer map; give an instant alarm to the operator in monitor center when an ATM has a trouble or is lack of bills; send a maintenance worksheet automatically to the outsourcing maintenance company in the relevant area (or city) by email or short message; the system can also record the maintenance effect, which will be a reference for choosing the excellent outsourcing maintenance company.
	Support the business analysis By using the gathered data, the management department of headquarter will analyze ATM operation efficiency in branch banks, and evaluate whether to increase ATMs in a area (or city).

Deployment Infrastructure
　 ATM monitor system uses the present network environment of the bank to transmit data. It’s frontend for datum collection, deployed in the branches, send the datum back to the backend which is deployed in the headquarters. The back-end will analyze the data.
Bank clerks in branches or headquarter can log in the system by internet and check the information after authorized.
